Steve Downey Construction is a full service construction company located in Monticello, Indiana. We specialize in custom homes, but also do home renovations, garages, sheds, pole barns, pool houses, gazebos, and lite commercial work. Steve Downey Construction is committed to working closely with their clients and providing them with a high quailty job. They achieve this by being on the jobsite each day to address any questions or problems that may arise. Steve and his crew do the majority of the work and have qualified subcontractors that help them.
Steve Downey Construction is now a Lead Certified Renovating Firm. They have two Lead Certified Renovaters on staff. (Ryan Downey & Trent Downey) If your house was built in 1978 or earlier lead certification is required when renovating.
Steve Downey Construction is now a proud member of the Mid-North Indiana Builders Association. Both Steve and Ryan are serving as board members and Ryan is serving as President of the Association.
